         Rights of Workers in Islam:

The superiority and uniqueness of Islamic labor policy lies in the fact that Islam mandates uniform food and clothing for owner and worker. The importance of labor in Islam is unmatched. No form of labor is worthless in the eyes of Islam. Every labor is honorable and every worker occupies a seat of dignity. There is no discrimination between owners and workers in Islam.          Allah Almighty's provisions regarding the dignity and rights of workers:

Even Allah himself encouraged earning, saying, "When the prayer is over, spread yourselves on the ground and seek the grace of Allah." (Surah Juma'a: 10).

The words of Rasulullah (SAW) about the status and rights of workers:

The Prophet (PBUH) said, 'They are your brothers. Allah has made them subject to you. So he who subordinates his brother to him should feed him what he eats, and clothe him in what he wears. He will not be given any responsibility beyond his capacity. If he has to do that, let him help her. (Bukhari, Hadith: 5617)

The Prophet (PBUH) said, 'these workers are your brothers, Almighty Allah has made them subordinate to you. So let your subordinates eat what you eat yourself and clothe them in such clothes as you yourself wear and do not impose on them anything beyond their means. If you impose a difficult task on them, you will surely help them. [Muslim Sharif, 1661]

Rasul s. Owners are asked to refrain from any form of discrimination. The worker must be given the same kind of food and clothing as the owner receives - a provision that is a unique document of Islamic equality. This measure taken to eliminate discrimination between owner and worker in Islam has really touched a unique height of civilization.

          Instructions to treat workers well:

The Prophet (PBUH) said, '"You shall treat your subordinates well and do not cause them any trouble." Don't you know, they have a heart just like you. They are saddened and distressed by pain. Providing comfort and peace is satisfying. What has happened to you that you do not show sincerity towards them.' (Sahih Bukhari)

Instructions to consider workers as human beings:

Workers are people too. It is important to focus on their empowerment and human rights. In this regard, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said, 'Do not force the laborers to do any work beyond their capacity. If it must be done, help yourself.' (Sahih Bukhari)

Be careful not to wrong them. In our house, the maids and maids are not slaves. In this case, we have to be very careful in the application of this hadith.

         Last word:

Even today the workers are being subjected to various forms of neglect and neglect by the owners. If the labor policy declared by Islam is fully implemented on the basis of cordial relationship between the owner and the worker, the rights and dignity of the worker will be fully guaranteed.
