Rights of Others in Islam, He is not a Believer, That Spoils the Rights of Others
Severe punishment for those who do not protect their deposits, cheat people, take away the rights of others. One of the characteristics of a Momin servant is that he will be trusted. the Prophet (peace be upon him) was virtuous. Dear Prophet (peace be upon him) was a depositor from an early age. The Jew was no longer a Christian; all the doctrines believed him and kept him valuable furniture. Because of the faithfulness of the Prophet, everyone called him Al-Amin. Which means a trusted person.
Allah says: Do not consume each other's wealth unjustly among yourselves ..(Surah Al-Baqara. Ayat- 188) Allah says: Surely Allah commands you to surrender the deposit to its owner or return it. (Surah An-Nisa. Ayat- 58)
Hazrat Ibn Mas'ud (RA) said, "On the Day of Resurrection, the creditor of the deposit will appear and say, 'Return the deposit you have received.' He will answer, my Lord, how shall I return it? The world is destroyed. Then the thing that was hidden to him will be shown to him at the lowest level in hell, just as it was kept. Then he would be told to go down and pick it up.
Then he will descend and carry it over his shoulder. To him the weight of the thing would seem more than all the mountains in the world. He would have thought that he would be saved from the fire of Hell. But when he comes to the end of hell, he will take that thing and fall to the lowest level of hell again. That way he will be in hell forever.
2. The Prophet (peace be upon him) has said that in whose character there is no depository, he does not have faith. And the one who does not protect the pledge has no religion. (Musnad Ahmad).
3. Symptoms of munafik three- When lying is false, when he promises, he breaks it and when a deposit is placed with him, he betrays it. (Bukhari, Muslim).
4. A Muslim's life is forbidden to all other Muslims.
Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "The true Muslim is the one, whose tongue and hands are safe from all Muslims, and the true Muhajir, he who forbids what Allah has forbidden." (Musnad Ahmad:)
5. Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "One Muslim is the brother of another Muslim" (Mashkat: 4959).
2. The second Caliph of Islam, He spent the night in search of subjects. Hazrat Omar (R) declared, "If a dog in my state dies without eating, I will be responsible."
3. One night after taking charge of the Caliphate of Hazrat Ali (RA), the fourth Caliph of Islam, he was performing state affairs in the light of a night. At that time a person came to him with special needs. Ali (ra) turned off the lamp immediately.
Then he started talking to the person coming. Asked about the reason for the passenger being curious to him, he replied, "I've been doing government work for so long." So I used government oil. Now I am doing personal work. If you use a public lamp, it will be considered a depository.
We should be exemplary in the ideals of Islam. To imitate Islam in every field of life. Only then is it possible to build a society of beautiful, discipline and peace.
To direct to protect the rights of others:

Genuine honest person protects the deposit of others:
The key to real honesty is to protect the deposit. Allah Ta'ala says about this, and (those are the true believers) who protect the deposit and the promise. (Surah Al-Muminun, Ayat-8)
1. Narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Amr, The Prophet (peace be upon him) has said that if there are four things in you, you will not be harmed if anything in the world is lost. And those four things are - one. To take care of the deposit. Two. Speaking the truth. Three. Good character Four. Earn Holy Rizik or Halal. (Musnad Ahmad)
