Marriage is an important provision of Islamic Shariah. Marriage is the special blessing of Allah and the important circumcision of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Ideal family structure, the main source of human biological needs and human satisfaction. The unique tool to prevent characteristic degradation.Allah has something to do with the creation of man as well as his life He has given the demand and has also stated the method of satisfying the demand. Biological needs are also important in human life, such as food, housing, education and treatment. In order to meet this demand, Islam has provided for marriage. Another name for the social validity of having a boy and a daughter together is 'marriage'. In Arabic it is called 'nikah'.
In the Holy Qur'an the Great Allah says, "One of the signs of Allah is that He created you from among yourselves."The mate so that you may find peace with them and He has created mutual love, love and kindness among you. "
The Great Allah says, "Marry them with the permission of their guardians, give them proper seals so that they can be protected in the fortress of marriage and do not indulge in illicit sex and secret friendship." [Surah An-Nisa 25]
Regarding marriage, our beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Everything in the world is a (temporary) asset, but the Sati-Sadhvi woman is the best asset compared to all the assets. [Muslim]
Prevention of marriage in Islam three:
There are definite rules for every act of Islam. Marriage is not his exception. The marriage has been stopped -1. The bride and groom should be free from all obstacles when it comes to marriage.
2. Ezab: This is a marriage proposal to the bride's guardian or her representative on behalf of the bride.
3. Acknowledge or accept: This is the consent sentence of the groom or his representative. For example, "I accept or accept", etc.
Condition of purification of marriage:
1. The bride and groom should both be accepted.2. The bride and groom should be pleased with each other. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Swamihara women (widows or divorces) cannot be married without her decision (that is, she should clearly tell her), without her consent (either through words or silence)." Marriage Cannot be given People asked, "O Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him)!" How do I know his consent? He said, "It is for him to be silent (because of shame)." Compliance. 3. The witness should be kept during the wedding season. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "There is no marriage except guardian and two witnesses." [Sahih Jame, Hadith No. 7558]
The witness must be two male (independent) witnesses or one male (independent) and two female witnesses who hear both suggestions and confessional statements. [Ad-Durrul Mukhtar - 3/9; Fatwaay Hindia-1/268]
It is also important to confirm the marriage campaign. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "You declare marriage." [Musnad Ahmad, Hadith No. 1072]
4. The duty of the marriage guardian is to fulfill the duty of the marriage contract. Allah says, "And you shall marry unmarried men and women among you." [Surah Noor, 24:32]
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "A woman who marries without the permission of her parents can cancel her marriage, cancel her marriage, cancel her marriage." [Tiramji, Hadith No: 1021]
Condition to be the bride's guardian:
1. Having a healthy brain.2. Being an adult.
3. Freedom from the chains of slavery.
4. Being a worshiper of the guardian bride. So no non-Muslim
A person cannot be the guardian of a Muslim man or woman.
5. In the marriage, the bridegroom should be able to consider the 'kufu' or aspects of equality and other welfare.
6. To be male Beloved Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "A woman cannot marry another woman. Or a woman cannot marry herself. The adulteress marries herself." [Ibn Majah, Hadith No: 12; Signature:
1782]
Importance of marriage in Islam:
Islam is strongly advised to get married. Marriage Islamic marriage has to be done according to the basic rules. Islam, the religion of humanity, has arranged for women to be bound to marriages in order to live a beautiful and holy life among men. Islam has emphasized the need to abstain from marriage, to protect it from the curse of life's turmoil and disorder. Because the marriage system is a viable and practical tool to protect the purity and integrity of men and women.Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): "He created you (husband and wife) as partners with one another, and inserted mutual love and kindness among you" (Surah Rum-29).
Just as marriage is allowed in Islam, monasticism and virginity have also been strongly opposed. Divorce is disliked in Islam but it is allowed and it can be granted to any party.
