The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "That is the oath of the person in whose hands my soul is! No one of you can be a believer, unless he chooses the welfare he chooses for himself, even for his brother." [Sahih Bukhari and Muslim]

The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "None of you should threaten his brother with arms, because in this case, despite your ignorance and unwillingness, the devil dislocated his hand.
