Parents in Islam, Rights of Parents in Islam

Parents in Islam

The honor and dignity of the parents is undoubtedly top of the earth. Every man owes his parents to his existence after the great creation. The task of the children is to perform the duties and responsibilities of the parents with all the commandments of Allah, the Allah Creator and Lord.  Allah said, "Serve God, do not associate anything with Him, and treat your parents, relatives, orphans, the needy, the nearest neighbor, the distant neighbor, your spouse, the traveler, and your subordinate slaves, for Allah loves that person." No, that's arrogant,
Neglected and arrogant. (Surah An-Nisa: 36)

Rights of Parents in Islam

     1. Serving parents is a universal worship

Parents can abuse their child because of old age, because of human weakness or at the urge of someone. You have to be gentle with them and use them well. Because serving a parent is a universal worship. "A man approached the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said," I have accepted the Bai'at in your hands for Hijrat and Jihad. I seek reward from Allah in this way. Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Someone from your parents." He said, "Yes, they are both alive. Then he said, Do you want reward from God?" The man says, "Yes." He said, "Then you should go back to your parents and feed them." Live life on the ground." (Sahih Muslim 1975)

        2. Allah directs to behave well with parents:

Allah has commanded the parents to keep their children strong and uplifted throughout their lives, just like the love of their children's childhood life. The Great Allah says, "And I have instructed man to treat his parents well. His mother conceived him after suffering and gave birth to his womb. He was weaned for two years. I am grateful to you and your parents." Be sure to come back to me "(Lokman 14).

        3. The reward of the Confession Hajj:

If the child looks at his parents with kindness and love, then the answer of Hajj will be accepted. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, "If the son of the service and the caretaker looks at his parents with kindness and love, then he will receive a reward of Hajj in return for every sight of him." The Prophet ((peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)) Said, "Yes, one hundred times." Even if you look, every reward will continue to receive this reward. " (Al-Hadith)

         4. Good behavior the parents:

Good behavior the parents is the command of the Almighty Allah. Allah says, "I have instructed man to treat his parents well. His mother suffers him after suffering and gives birth to his womb. His milk is weaned for two years, (ordering) that he is grateful to me and your parents." If your parents beg you to appoint me a partner, of which you have no knowledge, then you will obey them.  But with the world Will live honestly. Whoever turns to me will follow his path. Then to Us is your return. Then I will inform you of what you did. "(Sura: Luqman: 14 -15)

          5. Speaking with humility and humility:

Parents should speak with humility and humility. Almighty Allah says, "Your Lord commands that you should worship only Him and treat your parents well. If you have one or both of them in your old age, you will say 'Uh' to them. No Do not rebuke them but speak to them with special dignity, humble and humble humbleness before them and pray, O Lord, have mercy on them, as they did in childhood. Cherish me" (Surah Bani Isra'il 23-24)

          6. The satisfaction of Allah:

The satisfaction of Allah can only be achieved in the satisfaction of the parents and the dissatisfaction of Allah: with the parents' dissatisfaction. (Jami'at Tirmizi, As-Sunan.)

          7. Paradise is a means of gain:

Paradise is a means of gaining the service of parents. Paradise is the sure way for them. No one is as fortunate as he who lost the opportunity to serve his parents. The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Woe is she, wretched she, wretched she, who could not enter Paradise (Through their service), who found one or both of her parents old and old." (Sahih Muslim - 1978)

         8. Serving Parents - The Greatest Good Practice:

Serving Parents - The Greatest Good Practice, Its Rewards Are Great. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) declared that the best of the good deeds were done immediately after prayer, saying that the best virtue is to pray at the right time and to serve the parents. (Sahihul Bukhari 197, 2740, Sahih Muslim, 89-90)

         9. Rights of parents after death

One person asks the Prophet (peace be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah! My father- After Mother's death, is there anything else left in their service that I can serve them? He says, 'Yes, four actions.
           1. Praying for both of them and asking forgiveness,
           2. Executing their promises and agreements,
           3. Respecting their friends,
           4. Maintain good relations with the blood relatives that they have received through them. It is your responsibility to serve them after their death. (Sunan Abu Dawah: 336, Ibn Majah - 2/1208)
