Neighbors are more useful than relatives. Neighbors are the first ones in danger and in distress. Neighbors are the closest to people, who know more about their news than others. The Islamic Shariah has given great importance to its neighbor and its rights have been greatly seen. In all social activities, the role of a neighbor is more important than one's relatives.

          1. Do not disturb the neighbor:

It is important to use the neighbor well in building a peaceful society and building a happy and prosperous life. The person will be completely safe from his neighbor. No one will hurt, torture or harass his neighbor in any way. Narrated from Abdullah bin Umar, Rasulullah  said, "The most ominous companion to Allah is who is the Ummah with his companion." To Allah, that neighbor is the most ummah, that The most ominous in the eyes of its neighbor. ”[Tirmizi 1944, Ahmad 6530, Darmite 2437]

          2. Do not dispute:

It should not be in dispute with a neighbor about a matter. Because it deteriorates the relationship between the two. Moreover, for this, on the Day of Resurrection, God will be brought to justice. Abu Hurairah said: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "By Allah! This person is not a believer. By God! This person is not a believer. By God! He is not a believer. " O Messenger of Allah! "He said," A person whose neighbor is not safe from evil." [Sahihul Bukhari.6016]

            3. Dignity security provisions:

Respect for the dignity of the neighbor must be respected, in no way can his honor be harmed. It is important to keep in mind the respect of the neighbor. No one can be ignored or shortened. [Bukhari, Muslim, Nasai, Tirmizi]

              4. Neighborhood Dispute Resolution:

It is the moral responsibility of the neighbor to resolve conflicts and maintain social peace and order. Allah Ta'ala says, "If two groups of believers are involved in a dispute, then the judge will decide between them." Ibn 'Umar and Ayesha (ra) said: Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) has always complained about my neighbor. Even I thought that he would make his neighbor a heir.” [Sahihul Bukhari 6014 and Muslim 2624]

                5. Finding a Neighbor:

                 6. Help - Assist:

Neighbors need help - cooperation. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said that the person who fulfilled a need of the Muslims, on the Day of Resurrection, Allah is all hisvFill the need Narrated by Abu Shurayh Khu'i (RA), the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should treat his neighbor well. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should do so for the sake of his hospitality. And whoever believes in Allah and the Hereafter, he should speak well, or he will remain silent. ”[Sahihul Bukhari 6019,6135]

                 7. Providing Subscriptions to Neighbors:

Through reciprocal exchange, the relationship grows, the love grows. Narrated by Ayesha, she said, "I said," O Messenger of Allah! I have two neighbors.
